Location is the best about this hotel, safe area, near shops, resturants and 2 big groceries the MS and Saisbury plus 2 underground stations different lines 6 mins walk and 10 minutes walk to the famous Hyde park. Rooms was nice comfortable good size for 2 person only and very clean and I salute the housekeeping staff they were the best out of many hotels I been around the world , spotless clean and organized. The kitchen utensils was awesome all complete and if you need extra they will kindly provide more, I like the wats app contact if you need any help from front desk instead of calling. I need to mention the 3 kind front desk staff round the clock Mr Abdul Aziz Mr Samson and Miss Saakiya all were welcoming , always smiling, concerning and very patience with guests, they make me feel like one family. Coming from airport or going to airport best to walk 10 minutes between hotel and Paddington station to get Heathrow express which is comfortable. I highly recommend staying this hotel especially to first time visitors who is new to London . For me in the future this will be my first choice whenever I come to London

stayed here for five nights, the location is good, close to Hyde Park and Kensington Park, also close to two subway stations, namely bayswater and queensway. the room is quite big, especially its dining space, attached with a kithcen, it is a bonus, but i didnt use the kitchen, only use the fridge for cooling my drinks bought outside. dont worry if you have large luggages, cuz there is a lift inside the hotel. you can store your luggages here after you check out,and free of charge. the hotel provides TV, wardrobe, table with chair and toiletries ,facilities complete, wifi is free, and speed quite ok. staffs here all friendly and helpful,if you have questions, just ask them. soundproof is just ok,you still can hear some noise from outside, but not clear, and it happened occasionally.so i had a very quiet stay here. there are many eateries around the hotel, the location is convenient.will come again next time.highly recommended!

The location was very good. We could walk to the subway stations easily, there were a lot of food places nearby. Hyde park and Kensington palace were within walking distance. The rooms were small but clean. Most rooms in Europe are small. It was fine for my daughter and me. There was a little area for cooking if you want to cook although it is cramped. We didn’t really need to cook although one evening my daughter did heat some instant noodles. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was one man in particular in the evenings that was very helpful and gave me a lot of information. When we would come back at night, he would ask how our day was. All the staff was kind and helpful. One lady that worked there even helped my daughter to carry her big suitcase to the taxi because my daughter was carrying so much stuff. The staff here at this hotel are exceptional.

The staff were the best. From Abdul Aziz , Sam and 2 more staff at the reception ( who worked at night + morning ) which I didnt get their name were very polite and helpful. I had a package delivery under my name from E bay. The staff at the reception ( he worked night shift on Sunday 8/9) really made sure I got it and sent to the room. That’s highly appreciated! Abd Aziz and Sam helped us when we arrived and both were very helpful and polite. So the same with the lady staff in the morning too. Great work everyone and continue to give your best service as always! Mvh/ Norihan Omar Sjöberg

The room was bigger than expected and had enough space for luggage, desk and had small refrigerator and kitchenette to cook along with a kettle. No breakfast was included in the rate which is why it was cheaper than other rooms in the area. Front desk staff were excellent and helpful. Any hotel in London with an elevator is always a plus. Lots of towels in the bathroom. Rooms very clean. Internet was fast. TV connection had all the stations but was maybe satellite connection or something so was slowish. The walk to Paddington station is 20 mins and to Bayswater station is 8 mins.
